Salary: Negotiable base. €90,000–€110,000 OTE

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the face of our Dublin sales engine owning the full 360° B2B sales cycle, building a pipeline, closing high-value deals, and mentoring junior execs. This is a high-impact role with serious progression potential.
• Own the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities
• Lead by example and mentor Business Development Executives
• Build lasting relationships with C-suite stakeholders
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams’ post-sale
• Manage a growing client portfolio and drive long-term value
• Consistently hit and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
What You Bring
• Proven experience in end-to-end B2B sales (2 years+)
• Strong background in professional services, tech, finance, science, or engineering
• Track record of meeting or beating sales targets
• Consultative selling skills and confident deal-closing mindset
• Experience coaching or mentoring junior sales staff (preferred)
• Full-time availability to work from our Dublin office (no hybrid/remote)
